   One of the biggest advantages of a prefabricated house is the fixed cost. Our forfeit estimates include all the costs, final touches included as requested by the client.
3. Sampling
   You will choose with us every detail of your house: from the model of the boiler to the exterior colour of your house, from the floor to the colour of your roofing tiles.
4. Quick-building method
   After only 2 months from the piling installation, we can start installing your new house. Our project teams are well organized in order to work accurately and quickly. Depending of the finishing works required, your house will be ready in 2 or 3 months.
5. A different building system
   The concept of prefabricated houses is often misunderstood for low quality housing with a standard design. Actually it is only a different way to build houses. We do not use masonry nor mortar as it is commonly used in Italy, but simply project wooden caulked walls. As a result, you will have a lasting, beautiful, economic house, which can be easily heated and cooled.
