Buying products on our website
To buy at www.strutturelegno.com is easy:
- After choosing the product navigating through the section "ON LINE SHOPPING", put it in the basket by clicking on the proper button. For each product repeat the same action;
- Once you have put in the basket all the items you wish to purchase, click on the "proceed" button. You will be asked to enter your delivery address and the method of payment preferred;
- At the end of the procedure, an order recap will be shown so that you can establish the correctness of the data entered. Click on the button for the final registration and confirm;
- At any stage of the purchase you can navigate back in order to modify the data entered in the order (cancel or add products, change the delivery address or the method of payment) or cancel the order.
- Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Within two working days you will receive an e-mail from Fratelli Pacifici Legnami srl for acceptance of your order. You will be provided of all the necessary details to proceed with the payment.
- To place an order on our website you have to be a registered user.
The registration is free of charge and without commitment
on your part.
Prices are expressed in Euro and inclusive of VAT.
The Price of products as indicated on our website does not include shipping and delivery costs. These additional costs will be indicated by Fratelli Pacifici Legnami srl in the order confirmation sent to the e-mail address of the client who will have the right to re-confirm or cancel the order without any costs (See section Deliveries for further details).
Payment
Permitted payment methods include the following:
- Bank transfer - The transfer must be made after receipt of
the order acceptance e-mail including all the necessary details to make the transfer.
Reason for payment must include the order number. - Paypal - In the order acceptance e-mail you will find a link to the Paypal website in order for you to complete the payment in a fast and secure way
Deliveries
Products will be delivered by Express courier. The Client will be charged of postage costs in addition to the total Price of Products. Additional postage charges will be indicated by Fratelli Pacifici Legnami srl in the Order confirmation sent to the e-mail address of the Client. The Client can decide to confirm the Order or cancel it via e-mail without additional costs.
